How do you dry the rugs?
Every rug is hung to dry fully after cleaning — never bundled or folded while damp. Proper drying is one of the most important steps in the process; a rug that isn’t dried completely will develop mildew and odor quickly regardless of how well it was cleaned.
Can you clean delicate, vintage, or Oriental rugs?
