Can you clean all types of leather and suede?
Yes — from smooth and full-grain leather to nubuck and suede, each material is assessed individually and cleaned using techniques specific to its type and condition. If you’re unsure about a particular piece, just ask when you place your order.
My leather jacket has lost its color in places — can you fix that?
In most cases, yes. We use specialist dyes matched to the original finish to restore faded areas and worn edges. The result is natural-looking, not visibly retouched.
Why can't I just clean leather at home?
Household cleaning products strip leather of its natural oils, which leads to drying, cracking, and permanent color loss. Professional cleaning restores those oils through conditioning — something no home product can replicate properly.
How often should leather and suede be professionally cleaned?
For regularly worn pieces, once a year is a good rule of thumb. Items worn less frequently can go every 18 months or so. Regular professional conditioning also prevents the drying and cracking that shortens the life of leather significantly.
